Roding Schools of Karate were formed in 1976 by Ray & Pam Barrow, since then we have gone from strength to strength. We have a newsletter published every month, it contains information about courses, kata & kumite competitions, grading and more.

N. & S Andrews along with C. Lynn came away with their Black belts at the Clacton training weekend, J. Steadman and M. Exford passed their 2nd Dan Black belt at the same time. Congratulations to all of them.

James Steadman and Michael Roche who obtained their England badges in April 2006.		James Steadman wins 2007 European bronze medal for England.

Roding Karate Club teach with patience and understanding. Students are encouraged to follow the curriculum, so that grading becomes easy for them.
